Nervous System Regulation for High-Functioning People Under Pressure
I am a certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner specialising in nervous system regulation and trauma release through the BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS).
My work supports executives, first responders, professionals, and high-functioning individuals who operate under sustained pressure and need tools that work in real conditions, not just in theory.
I trained directly under BBTRS founder Giten Tonkov, completing over 500 hours of intensive practitioner training. My approach is grounded in both clinical understanding and embodied practice, informed by the work of Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen, Peter Levine, and Stephen Porges.
How I Work
BBTRS is a body-based, multimodal system designed to regulate the autonomic nervous system and release stored stress and trauma.
Sessions integrate:
-
Breathwork
-
Functional movement
-
Body-based somatic techniques
-
Sound and vocal activation
-
Emotional discharge
-
Meditative awareness
This combination allows the nervous system to downshift from chronic fight-or-flight into regulation and resilience, without relying on talk therapy alone.
The work is structured, contained, and results-oriented.

What Clients Experience
People come to me when they:
-
Feel constantly “on edge” despite functioning well
-
Carry stress in their bodies that thinking or talking hasn’t resolved
-
Experience emotional reactivity, exhaustion, or shutdown under pressure
-
Want improved sleep, clarity, emotional control, and physical ease
Through consistent work, clients report:
-
Greater emotional regulation
-
Reduced stress reactivity
-
Improved sleep and focus
-
A stronger sense of control and presence in demanding environments
Professional Focus
I work with individuals who value:
-
Precision over performance
-
Regulation over coping
-
Long-term capacity over temporary relief
This is not wellness as a trend.
This is nervous system training for people who cannot afford to burn out.
Why This Work
The body holds stress patterns long after the mind has adapted. When the nervous system is given the right conditions, it can recalibrate.
My role is not to “fix” clients — it is to create the conditions where regulation, resilience, and agency can return.
