STRESS REGULATION FOR TEAMS WORKING UNDER PRESSURE

Practical, body-based sessions that help employees release physical tension, reset during demanding workdays and recover more effectively from pressure.

New York City · In-person and virtual

YOUR PEOPLE ALREADY KNOW THEY’RE STRESSED.

The harder question is what to do about it during the working day.

Stress can show up as tight shoulders, shallow breathing, clenched muscles, restlessness, fatigue and difficulty switching off.

Through guided breath, movement and tension-release techniques, employees learn practical ways to notice these signals, reduce accumulated tension and reset under pressure.

The work is experiential, accessible and designed to fit into real workplaces.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT FORMAT FOR YOUR TEAM

WORKDAY RESET

30–60 minutes · Small or large groups

A practical reset designed for the working day.

Participants are guided through controlled breathing, body awareness, gentle movement and tension-release techniques before returning to their day.

The session is deliberately accessible and does not involve deep emotional processing.

Suitable for:

  • Employee programmes

  • High-pressure periods

  • Team events and leadership off-sites

  • Lunch-and-learns

  • Company-wide programming

SMALL-GROUP RESET

60 minutes · Up to 8–10 participants

A more focused experience for smaller teams.

The smaller format allows for more individual guidance and a deeper combination of breath, movement and body-based techniques.

Suitable for leadership groups, high-pressure departments and teams that would benefit from more focused support.

PRACTICAL. ACCESSIBLE. WORKPLACE-SAFE.

  • No mats required for the Workday Reset

  • No special clothing

  • No personal disclosure or sharing circles

  • No previous experience required

  • Sessions can be completed seated, standing or using a combination of both

  • Employees leave with techniques they can use during demanding days
